888 notes system is somewhat flawed. We did some research and it looks like when you have an internet reconnect a bug kicks in that can change your color note, ultimately fucking you over when it comes to selection.

In the above video you will be able to see by connecting/disconnecting a VPN (triggering reconnect of the site) how the upper side players notes are subject to the bug.

You will also see that the bottom 3 players are not, which means those 3 colors are safe to use.

A piece of info that could be useful too is that you can locate your own notes config file on the following path:
“C:\Users\Home\Documents\888poker\[screenname]” (QuickNotes.json)

Note in case you want to modify in notepad the color of certain population, we added the color id on the image above for each tag, being tagIndex the property you’re looking for.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you regularly backup the file QuickNotes.json before starting the session. So in case notes get broken again, you’ll be able to close 888, replace the notes file with the backup and be right where you left.
